OREGON STATE
The State of Oregon has awarded to EK Coaches multiple state price agreements for buses and vans. All buses meet ADA and FMVSS requirements.
EK Coaches is proud to announce that we have the lowest priced vehicles in the following categories: D, E, F, G, H, I & J (from mini-vans to 35' heavy duty buses).
Authorized purchasers off this contract include members of the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program, whose participants include but are not limited to:
· State agencies not subject to DAS purchasing authority
· Cities
· Counties
· School districts
· Special districts
· Qualified Rehabilitation Facilities (QRFs)
· Residential programs under contract with the Oregon Department of Human Services
· United States governmental agencies
· American Indian tribes or agencies
ORCPP also includes:
· Quasi-state agencies such as Oregon University System, Oregon Health Sciences University, and Oregon State Lottery with statutory authority or autonomy to solicit for goods/services independently
It also includes ORCPP participants and WSPC (Washington State) participants with appropriate purchasing authority under their applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances that submit purchase orders to contractor.
